Perfect if you can't swallow pills, these have a pleasant berry flavour with no chemical aftertaste, they have the D2 element in them, which helps people with depression and sensitivity to sunlight. I got them because they are good for several ailments I suffer from, but I'm not on prescribed drugs for them. It's complicated as to why I'm not on prescribed drugs, but supplements like this work well for me. Advice is to take 2 tablets daily, you may only see a difference after a week, as they are not an instant kick. So far, no problems with upset tummy.

I got these to help my 14yr who has sleep issue and suffers with anxiety as was told these are amazing. We are about 3/4 through the bottle and I am not sure if there are working. She still has sleep issue and her anxiety hasn't gotten better. I did hear it does take about 10 weeks to work and this bottle a months worth. My daughter likes the taste of the gummies and takes 2 a day. We will be trying this for about 3 months to see if it works. If it does then its worth the every penny.

Utilisé en synergie avec du CBD pour le sommeil. Gummies plutôt sucrées, avec un bon goût. Le former et le prix sont assez avantageux. Facilite apparement l’endormissement, même si l’effet est tout juste perceptible à mon avis.
