Great value for the money. Bought myself one several months ago. Bought a second one as a gift and plan to buy a third for a gift a Christmas time. Have had zero issues and have been using twice weekly. Use it to trim nose hairs and also eyebrows with a 5 mm guard. Really hard to mess up with this trimmer. The first time trimming my eyebrows was a little nervous, because people without eyebrows certainly draw a ton of attention. The 5 mm guard makes it impossible to mess up your eyebrows with. So confident in this product that I use it more without a mirror than with. Would give it six stars if possible.

This is the Conair “high end version” trimmer. It’s well made, although you still stand a chance of breakage if you drop it onto a hard surface from a high enough distance. It also comes with a replaceable battery. Be careful with it. Clean it after each use, and it should last you a long time. This particular blade and head style, in my opinion, does the absolute best job for trimming nose hair. It comes with several attachments, but this is my go to nose hair trimmer. The size fits comfortably in the hand. It is easy to manipulate the trimmer around to get the correct angles for a great trim. My favorite nose hair trimmer - HANDS DOWN!

This Conair ear, nose, and eyebrow trimmer works really well. The 360 degree bevel blade design lives up to the claim with no pulling or nicking, which makes trimming much more comfortable. It is easy to handle and the results are clean and neat. A reliable trimmer for everyday grooming that gets the job done quickly and painlessly.

Updated Review: I had to drop it to 4 stars from 5, as the on/off switch drives me insane. It's a terrible, terrible design. Everything else works as described below. Original Review: It’s true that as I’ve gotten a little older, my nose hairs have taken on a life of their own. I had a nose trimmer for many years, and it was amazing, but I accidentally left it in a hotel while traveling. I’m sure the housekeepers were thrilled to find it on the sink. I bought another trimmer, but it felt like someone was taking pliers and yanking the hairs from my nose. Then, I found the ConairMan Nose Hair Trimmer during my search for the best nose hair trimmers. I’ve had it for a couple of weeks, and I’m impressed. The big thing I find lacking with most trimmers is their ability to cut close to the skin without nicking or pulling. This trimmer is amazing, and it does as great of a job as my older trimmer, which is lost to history. Not only does it truly get close to the skin (meaning no stray hairs), but it doesn’t hurt while trimming. It does a great job at trimming those crazy stray hairs with ease. The trimmer comes with a nice carrying case for travel, and I hope I don’t leave this one at a hotel to surprise another housekeeper. The only issue with the Conair is the on/off switch. You turn the battery door slightly to turn the trimmer off and on. The problem is if you turn it a bit too far, the battery door comes off in your hand. It was truly a poor design choice by Conair, and the switch is my only complaint about the trimmer. Honestly, it’s annoying when it happens, but once I start trimming, that complaint fades because of how well the trimmer performs. Should I give it 4/5 stars? Maybe it’s because the on/off switch is terrible, but I bought it for the trimming function, and that part works flawlessly. Pros: It is a great little compact trimmer that comes with a nice carrying case. It does a great job of cutting close to the skin without pulling hairs and nicking the skin. Cons: The on/off switch placement stinks. It’s terrible, but the rest of the trimmer is perfect.

Works well and well made, doesn’t feel cheap, esp for the cost. Great value. Bought based on good online reviews and tests, and found this performs as described and similar results to test reviews. I don’t use the eyebrow attachment.

I ordered the metal version because I didn't really want a cheap plastic product; sadly, I was quite disappointed. The metal case is actually just a very thin aluminum sleeve over a plastic housing, and I've seen scores of small, cheap aluminum-body flashlights that have far more substantial and better made aluminum housings. The end-cap, which serves as both the battery cap and a rotating on-off switch, is a very thin aluminum cap fitted over a plastic cap; all the friction parts are plastic, and will surely wear and fail in short order. And the nose-hair attachment - which I expected to be stainless steel, is - shades of the 1960's - cheap, crudely done, chrome-plated plastic! And, again, all of the friction parts holding it to the body are plastic, so will easily wear. So, the overall build quality leaves much to be desired. As for cutting nose hair, the uniquely-shaped cutting head seems to work fairly well, easily removing hair from some areas that are tough to get to with scissors. That said, two things deserve mention. First, be very gentle and careful when using it, as in my experience it can definitely cut/scrape the inside of the nose and make a blody mess. And, second, get ready for the smell of burning hair during use, as evidently grinding up hair in the cutting head does something along that line. The set comes with a zippered eyeglass-type case to keep everything together.

Great unit. Uses one AA battery and lasts a long time. The eyebrow trimmer is pretty good but the nose hair trimmer is the best. Cuts strays easily without any pulling.

Easy to use and trims nostril hair nicely!

My old trimmer took an age. This does the job quickly and cleanly. It's also built like a tank and feels like it will last an age although it is light.

Well worth the money. The best trimmer I have ever had. Works quickly & easily. Rinse clean under the tap. Just excellent.

The cutting head on this is different from the regular type head I've been used to (a Panasonic), and it resulted in a noticeably easier and faster experience. It has a nice, solid feel and a little heft to it as well. The regular type of head certainly never hurt me, but the sensation it made while trimming my nostrils felt somewhere between a tickle and a wince for some reason, so I was constantly making faces while using it. On top of that, it took a lot of checking and rechecking to try and get all the stray hairs trimmed. The Conair gave me zero weird sensation so no more making faces. I also rotated it slowly while using, which I think contributed to catching and clipping all the hairs the first time, making it was much faster. Cleanup was faster too, it didn't require disassembly to clean the blades and empty out the hair clippings like my old one did. I would have been happy to receive just the trimmer though, as I personally have no use for the little attachments or the case and I'm sure I'm not alone there (so less waste and packaging).
