4 stars it is a c02 cannister and it does make things fizzy which is probably great if thats what you are after. However marketing this as "goes well with a whipped cream dispenser" coupled with my ability to not actually read anything on my wifes wishlist and evidently her ability to not read made for a very interesting experience. All was not lost however she decided to try make lemonade. The lemonade was nice and ever so slightly fizzy so some trial and error required for the overly complicated method of using a whipped cream thingy to make lemonade.Easy to useProbably a good value for money if you are actually after themThey are compatible with a whipped cream dispenser if you ever decide that fizzy whipped cream is what you wantIf however you want whipped cream id suggest N02 cannisters you would probably have better luck
