Wrench On - Less Skin Off
I've been using this filter for 5+ years on a 2003 Ford Ranger. Love my old manual truck, but the location of the oil filter is horrendous. The wrench-on makes for fewer bruises and skinned knuckles. Seems to filter oil fine, but the clincher for me is that wrench removal.

Lexus LS400 fitmen
On a Lexus LS400 the fitmen is very tight. There's a couple of 15mm bolts that need to come off to remove a structure bar in order to screw in the filter, and most likely it will have to be done again to remove the filter. It's quite larger than the OEM filter so this was expected anyway.
