are they ok size for young children...4 and 7 yr old?

You may find them too big. I bought them for my 5 year old who was dressing up as a bumblebee for school. He wore his over black joggers and then they were fine. Over leggings would probably also work.

Love them

Really nice socks, bought for a bee halloween costume! Didn't fit well over my knees but I have bigger than average thighs! Overall they're great and super comfortable

Not as described!

One major thing the seller fails to mention is that the 'black top' part of these stockings are made of horrible PVC type material. These were for a hen do but there's a limit to what I'm willing to wear!! Too late to send back so will have to try & adapt them. Very disappointed.

Great for 1 wear, they shrunk after 1 wash

Not very good quality... Colour faded a lot after 1 was, they also shrunk after the wash. But good for a single use
