Great box cutter. The blade is very sharp and the safety features work well. It doesn’t stay open on its own which makes it safer to use. I haven’t had to replace the blades yet but love that it is possible. Great price, too.

The perfect solution for my nearly 90-year-old mother who liked to use a box cutter to open Amazon and other packages. She has injured herself with traditional box cutters MANY times and this is MUCH easier and safer for her to use! She has no issues opening the ceramic blade and is very pleased with the fact that she can independently open boxes and cut them without the fear of hurting herself. GREAT product!!!

This is simply the best box cutter I've ever used. It's easy to hold, cuts accurately, evenly and smoothly, and best yet, doesn't cut you if you touch the blade. The lock mechanism is secure and easy to engage/disengage, and the blade stores firmly within the cutter. This is an innovative and functional box cutter with a unique design. The only drawback is that you have to use proprietary blades, one is included preloaded in the cutter, but given the benefits this is a fair tradeoff. Highly recommended.

Great cutter but a bit awkward to handle and use. I find the smaller keychain version easier. Works on cardboard and plastic. Built-in magnet could be stronger but it's not bad.

This is an amazing tool and a great alternative to a sharp, metal blade. My elderly mom was moving and I bought this for her to open boxes with and it worked well for her. The shape makes it easy to grip, you have to push the button while holding it, but the grip and shape make that an easy task. The size is perfect for most hands, big or small. I like that you can't cut yourself with this but it cuts just as quickly and easily as a metal blade.

This box cutter is lightweight yet heavy duty. The blade slides in and out easily and retracts when it senses that the packaging tape has been perforated so that packaged items are not damaged. Great price.

I didn't know that I would have to keep my thumb on the holder to keep the blade showing. Unless I'm not doing something right, this is not good. It does cut good though.

I don't like the shape getting in the way sometimes but it is good as a spare cutter
