I recently bought GNC Pro Performance Power Protein (Double Rich Chocolate) and I’m really satisfied with it. The taste is smooth and not overly sweet, mixes easily without lumps, and feels light on digestion. Each serving gives 30g protein with added creatine, BCAA, and glutamine, which really helps in recovery and strength during workouts. I also liked that it has no added sugar and is Informed Choice certified, which makes it more trustworthy. Great product for energy, muscle building, and overall performance.

The image of the product says 30gm protein, 2218mg L-Glutamine and 1054mg L-Arginine per serving. But I received the product and it’s mentioned 15gm protein, 1500mg L-Glutamine and 500mg L-Arginine per serving. All different and lowered readings !!

I recently tried GNC's protein shake, and I must say, I am impressed❤️! The taste is delicious, and it mixes well with both water and milk. I recently tried GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein (Power Protein), and while the protein quality seems decent, I was honestly disappointed with the taste. The biggest issue is the excessive amount of sweetener used in the formula. The shake tastes overly sweet — almost artificial — and it leaves a lingering sugary aftertaste in the mouth that doesn’t feel natural.

The protein quantity is compromised with addition of other supplements. Which could have been avoided. Also, don't do 30 gm per serve misrepresentation when it's for 2 scoops. GNC whey is always super fine which makes mixability excellent but makes you doubt the quality 🧐 Also a little bit too much of fillers. Makes it too gummy 😬 Normal whey with 20g plus protein per scoop is better but if course the price spikes more than the fillers. Still it's been an old buddy that I go to now and then. But for power protein my first and last attempt.
