Effective Lead Encapsulant – Passed Inspection
This Lead Stop Lead Encapsulant goes on very thick, so it cannot be sprayed, but that thickness makes it very effective. I only needed one coat to get full coverage.I used it on the aluminum siding of my garage, and it went on smoothly and adhered well. Most importantly, it passed the county inspection without any issues.Overall, this product does exactly what it’s supposed to do, creates a long-lasting barrier, and I would definitely recommend it.

Couldn't buy abatement paint locally- not home depot or Lowes or paint stores
If you live in a house built before 1970, why wouldn't you paint your primer coat with abatement paint? Not much more money and the bigger cost is the labor of painting. If you have children or grandchildren using abatement paint is well worth the investment. Lead poisoning treatment is uncertain as is the permanent brain damage. Easy to apply- thick not runny. Easy to clean up- water. Not much of an odor. Our house is old, painted playroom, halls, pantry and window sills.

Does not stick to paint or wood
This was the worst paint I have ever used , it didn’t stick to the lead paint , even after scraping old paint off , don’t buy it

Good paint I bought for different projects. The most recent one require tint does anyone know if this is tintable
