HEXBUG Mouse Robotic Cat Toy

Our two kittens just love this mouse, chasing it and pouncing on it. its about the size of a fieldmouse and scampers around in random directions, changing direction when it bumps into something. It also has a stop-go wossname .. it'll scamper about for 30 seconds then stop ... then just as the kitties close in off it goes again. Two things to bear in mind, it only works on smooth floors not carpets, and you will need a good supply of batteries as it eats them. Well worth it though, its a geat little toy!

My 18 month old cat loves this - she's completely intrigued by it moving about on it's own - keeps her entertained and out of trouble! It's great that it just moves on it's own and when it's touched and it bounces off obstacles and goes in different directions so it doesn't often get stuck. My only slight complaint is that you have to keep switching it back on every now and then as it switches itself off automatically after a few minutes. Needs a hard floor too and can occasionally get flipped over (with a little help from the cat) and doesn't have any way of righting itself.

Complete waste of money. My daughter purchased this cat toy in December and worked only intermittently after one week. One week after this it stopped working altogether. Thinking we may have just been unlucky, I purchased another in January and this too has only lasted one week. Also purchased the Hexbug bug twice and no luck with them either. First one lasted 2 weeks and the replacement 5 minutes. The replacement came apart and had to use glue to join together and won't work at all. Haven't returned as the mouse I ordered in January came from Germany. I don't like giving a bad review but these things are not cheap and it's very disappointing when they don't last more than one - two weeks.

Worth every penny. I’ve 2 British SH and five Burmese cats they love this mouse. It’s really clever the way it suddenly stops then runs off again. They like the pause and play and hunt modes equally. The fact this little mouse has fur is great and a laytex tail that when it runs out of battery I’m sure several will chew the tail off ! At present my husband has taken control of the mouse? He did mention its ingenious! The British SH gave the poor thing a real beating up!

I think my cat would really love this, except for the fact that it does not work on carpet at all. It only really works on flat hard floors, it kinda works on tile too but it's not the best on tile. We do have a bathroom and a very small hallway with the right kind of flooring, and my cat loves it, but because of the small amount of space that it can actually work in, it keeps getting stuck behind stuff and running in circles. The on/off button is also a design flaw, it is located at the underside of the mouse and sometimes when the mouse is running the button touches the floor and accidentally turns itself off.

Great little toy! Cat loves this mouse out of many toys she chooses this one most. It works best on hardwood floors whilst we have carpet. This means although the mouse reacts to bring touched it can't scamper off. We got round this by popping him on a tray! She loves it and he can't escape!! I could let her play in bathroom or kitchen but although the flooring is more suitable I would get fed up of retrieving him!!! He is very well made and cat really loves his tail carries him by that.

This `robotic` mouse lasted about 2 days in front of one tiny 14 week kitten. I even spaced out the time, removing the mouse for hours letting her have a play 3 times for one hour a day. By the end of the day, the mouse would only react twice to being played with. By the end of the 3rd day it only reacted once and only if I picked it up every time to switch it on. then it would instantly stop. Also on the first day, she bit part of the tail off- I have no idea what happened to the part bit off. Worrying. Don`t add a tail. By the 2nd day, the ears were bitten off. Would it not have been wiser to just use a little bit of tough cloth as part of the mouse? Something a cat can`t bite and break that easily? It doesn`t right itself. Seriously, this is a TINY female kitten and she killed this mouse easily. Had I left her with it all day I have no doubt it would`ve totally broken on that day. No way is this worth the money they`re charging. They need to make these mice MUCH tougher or make these things cost only a couple of quid. This gets 2 Stars only because my cat did seem to enjoy taking it apart, but my other non `robotic` mouse she`s been much rougher with for far longer and that`s still good with no parts breaking off. Oh and another thing, this mouse is USELESS on a carpet floor, it won`t run, just buzzes on the spot. It only works in the kitchen on a lino-type floor. Totally wasted my money. The string I tied to a stuffed furry toy and pulled around was worth more. A con.

Une fois que vous l'aurez fait fonctionner, je pense que vous en serrez content (surtout vos chats). Son fonctionnement me semble-t-il a été bien étudié. En effet après un moment d'arrêt, elle repart d'elle même ce qui permet à nos petits félins de garder et renforcer leur attention. fonctionne également avec des piles AG13/LR44. pensez-y au moment de votre achat. Pour le souci de mise en route, au début je pensais qu'elle ne fonctionnait pas, mais après plusieurs appuis sur le bouton elle a parfaitement fonctionné. bon moment de plaisirs pour vos chats et vous même.

most toys I found were those cheap ones that you simply draw back. Cats are smart animals that figured out pretty fast that they were predictable. This little one runs around in different patterns, stops, and goes, like a realistic mouse would do! Sturdy, nice material, not cheap or falling apart. Recommend it!

An amazing addition to our fur babies toy collection. My favorite reaction was when she walked passed the toy as it was in motion and she pretended not to look at it and then she kicked it with her back foot to start the motion again. It was hilarious ! Excellent customer service as well.

No se a quien le a gustado más si a mi gata o ami, me parce un juguete genial, con movimiento muy reales, la cola les llama mucho la atención, creo que es fundamental que se pare y luego vuelva al movimiento, con sus dos modalidades, una se para y se reinicia cuando el gato lo toca y otra se va parando y reiniciándose de forma intermitente, Además, tiene un tamaño ideal, y no se mete debajo de algunos muebles y el hecho de que si se choca redirija la dirección es lo más. Encantada con el producto, a mi gata la tiene entretenida durante bastante tiempo, es cierto que pasado un rato se aburre, pero lo guardas y se lo vuelves a dar pasado un par de días y como si fuera nuevo. Muy contenta y por un precio muy bueno

Il giocatolo è ottimo nel disegno e la e la funzionalità. Il venditore è serio e il costo inferiori ad altri venditori su Amazon. La descrizione del prodotto è povera e anche confusa. Come per altri prodotti importati dal estero, si usano dei traduttori digitali che difficilmente sono perfetti e poi non vengono rivisti. Chi compra il giocatolo può supporre che probabilmente spenderà il doppio del costo dell'articolo in batterie, perché durano proprio poco. Anche se quelle che vengono inclusi sono di ottima qualità.
