These are great rulers - especially good value for the price! The markings are clear, they're solid and good material. The only improvement I would want is maybe some color coding of the markings to be able to quickly turn it to the right scale.

I wanted some rulers to take photographs of model cars. One feature I really like with the standard metal ruler is that there is no extra (blank) length on the end where one begins to measure. This means I can set the ruler vertically against the table, and the length (for the car's height) is accurate. With rulers having an extra margin at the zero end, I would end up with the cars being shorter than their actual height.
