Does this make your urine very yellow toxic colour?

It's not toxic but it does increase the yellow colour but less so if you drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Does this help with hair loss?

I would go for biotin which is a b vitamin. Also collagen and silica . Get from British supplements website. They have no fillers whatsoever. Also iodine for hair loss

Are these yeast free ?

Probably free, you should ask a Pharmacist if you have allergies . Yeast Extract ( like Marmite ) gives me migraine. These are the only B12 vits I have taken without causing migraine. "Cyanocobalamin is a synthetic form of vitamin B12 found only in supplements, while methylcobalamin is a naturally occurring form" These tablets contain Cyanocobalamin so you would think its NOT produced by yeast. BUT, there are a lot of ingredients in this product to consider . I do wonder if one of them is protecting me from migraine rather than the form of B12 itself. Anyway, Ask your Pharmacist, they can quiz the manufacturer for you.
