One of the best things you can have every day. It gives you that extra to fill in the gaps from daily life. It's water soluble. So any excess is flush out the system when not needed. 1/2 a tablet is more than enough. This does help with fatigue and energy. The tablet doesnt do anything like giving you "energy boost". What it does is aid and help with your body use the energy better and in terms- you feel better.

I’ve been using these Vitamin C tablets for years. I find them easy to swallow although they are quite big. I’ve never had any side effects and together with my other supplements I keep very well. They are are a high enough dose and great value for money.
