These issues made me check on Amazon to see if there were any particular products that could provide a solution to the dishwasher problems that I was experiencing. The search engine took me right to Dishwasher Magic. I purchased a single bottle and I could not be more pleased with the results. The instructions are straightforward. Empty out your dishwasher, remove the cap to the bottle of Dishwasher Magic, verify the wax plug has not been broken or leaking, then flip the bottle upside down and place in the bottom rack of your dishwasher (I put mine in the utensil basket). Run some hot water from your kitchen sink and wait for the water to get hot. This guarantees that your dishwasher will be receiving hot water more immediately when turned on, which will make the wax plug in the Dishwasher Magic bottle disintegrate more quickly. Once that is done turn off your kitchen sink faucet, set your dishwasher on it's longest and hottest setting (for me I set the washer for "Pots and Pans"), then turn your dishwasher on and wait until the machine turns itself off.
