Plix deep sleep supplement works great on my body in fact it is so effective sometimes I struggle to wake up. It just gives relaxation and not makes you feel dizzy or sleepy. So it just relaxes you with tingling effect (चढ़चढ़) just on the tongue.

I request those who are unable to get sleep like me during night after 10 pm then please buy this. Absolutely no side effect.
