My son loves the Spacecraft Rocket toy. He especially likes the steam/red light generated to make the appearance of an actual blast off. He also loves the projector so he can see all the slides on his ceiling at night. One nice feature about this toy is that it has multiple connective configurations to make different Rockets using the same pieces, allowing children to mimic the different stages in going into space. **Too bad it didn't have multiple sounds rather than one recorded sound. Either way, it is an excellent toy. A+

Unexpectedly awesome rocket! I bought this as a last minute Christmas gift when my child requested a rocket ship a few days before Christmas (eek!), and it was better than I could have hoped for. It has a ton of cool functions (like real “smoke” that comes out of the bottom during takeoff if you add a few drops of water), and has held up well over several months of play.

We bought this as a holiday gift for our son (who is a budding space explorer). He loved it, but when it arrived, it didn't have the little "box of parts-n-pieces" that went with it. When we realized items were missing, we reached out to the Bloonsy team, and they were so wonderful and quick in their response! We had to detail out the missing items to ensure we got everything, but the Bloonsy team were kind, patient, and super-responsive (they sent out the missing pieces via Priority Mail). Once we had all the pieces, then this rocket was REALLY cool! The ultrasonic mist of the blast off, the projector lens with all the planets (with names of each) and space equipment (suits, satellites, and rovers). Our son was enamored with it all. He has dropped the rocket a couple times, yet nothing has broken. We're impressed. Again, a great toy, and great customer service (thank you again Bloonsy!!).

I grabbed this Bloonsy rocket ship for my 4yr old to have at Christmas. It arrived, and when he opened it, he was super excited. This doubles as a multi-segmented rocket ship, along with detachable booster rockets, and also comes with a project feature built into the middle portion of the rocket. You can add a few batteries to get the booster rockets to light up following the countdown to blastoff. What also makes this rocket good is the fact that it has a water feature that simulates the smoke/exhaust when the rockets fire. My kid loves this portion. So you're probably wondering why I put four - instead of five - stars. The downside is that you have to put pretty much every sticker on the rocket as you see it in the display photos. There are A LOT of stickers, and ideally these should have been added in production. Additionally, the stickers are a bit difficult to peel from their backing, and that makes it that much more difficult to decorate it. The only other thing is that the astronauts don't always stay seated in the fuselage when you place them. One always seems to fall from the seat, even if I put the hands on the grips and push it down. Aside from this, it's a good toy for my kid and he plays with it every day.

The Bloonsy Rocket features a bottom, booster section that has SFX of a countdown and 4 External Thrusters that flash red lights on 'take-off'. But this section also features a projector with a focus lens that projects 'space images' using 3 discs that are inserted into the body. The images include our planets, various space vehicles, and solar systems. The lens can be removed so the upper 'manned capsule' can be screwed on top, with two astronauts seated inside. My grandsons had a lot of fun when they figured out the projector system. If there is a minus, it's the four external thrusters, which can easily fall off with rough play, but if you take care this is a terrific toy.
