Reel won’t spin
The reel is garbage and doesn’t work at all. I like the rod and color but if you look up the word garbage in the dictionary, there will be a picture of this pole. 2nd one I ordered, 2 nd one that won’t work! Shakespeare usually a solid.

Great for kids.
Purchased this as a gift for my son. This is a perfect rod for kids and has been no issues for the last year. Light weight, easy to cast.

Truely worth the money
We bought this for our young nephew and my husband took him fishing. Hole I am not a fisherman my husband uis and he said it was well worth it !!

I'm sure the product is fine, however I wouldn't know yet. When the package arrived the boz that the rod came in was damaged and open. When I took the rod out of the box, the rod itself had several scratches on it, looked used or like I had received someone else's return. I sent the prodcut back and im still waiting for my replacement. Just disappointed with the delivery process, especially since I pay for prime.
