Lost the plastic clip

Bought this for my mother-in-law. The plastic retaining clip got lost when she tried to exchange pens. I have looked and cannot find the clip to purchase. Went to the Insulcheck website and it was not helpful. I hate the thought of having to buy another for the 0.99 cent clip....

Cumple su función perfectamente

Va muy bien, pero tiene una pega. Cuando te pinchas en zonas menos accesibles se puede llegar a dificultar terminar de bajar el émbolo. Por lo demás va bien, cada vez que giras la ruleta por más de 8 segundos se pone a cero y vuelve a empezar a contar.

battery was missing so could not check if working correctly. also originally asked a question regarding where to buy just the plastic casing. I am still waiting for a reply to both questions - now 2 weeks and still haven't received any response to questions raised or batteries thast should have been included in package
