I wanted to upgrade my USB hub to USB 3.2 Gen 2x2, but the fastest I could currently find is this one at USB 3.2 Gen 2. I replaced my previous Orico hub with this one because it has USB-A and USB-C options, and it can do up to 10Gbps of transfer speed. The design is clean and compact. You connect your computer to it on the right side, and you provide power to it via a USB-C to power plug on the left side. And in the middle are two USB-A ports and two USB-C ports. This hub is really speedy if you have a modern computer that meets new USB specs. Also of note is that you must have USB cables capable of those speeds. You'll find that some cables are starting to imprint the speed at the ends of their cords. Overall, this is a convenient hub to have that's speedy and stylish. I would definitely make sure you have the ports and cables necessary to take advantage of the high transfer speeds.

ORICO product always have good build quality. This one is included. I use it to have more convenient access to USB ports in addition to floor standing PC's front panel USB ports. This hub sits on your desk and saving from reaching out further to PC. It works as intended but I wish the hub provides more spacing between USB ports. If you need to plugin two USB thumb drive or one thumb drive and the other is security key (which requires touching when authenticating with web site), the spacing is a bit tight. These USB ports (type A and C) have very tight tolerances as well. It is difficult to pull USB plug out of the connector. They seem to get better over time. I am not sure it needs to be this tight. There is a LED providing "live" indicator. I like the light path is through a very tiny hole pluses LED itself appears to be rather deep inside, therefore you have to view it straight down to see it clearly. Depending on where you place, the hub, this LED indicator isn't easily seen. From connectivity, so far it is very good. It appears to work much better than front panel USB ports from the PC. This perhaps may due to how PC mother's provide front panel ports vs. back panel port (where connect this hub to). It appears more responsive with this hub. It includes adapter for USB-C to type A and that is nice. The cable length is not long enough in my opinion for PC floor standing use case. Perhaps it is for expanding ports for laptop. I also like the feature is it has two upstream USB-C ports so that you can plug the hub to either left side or left side depending on your preference setting. This is one of the reasons I look for in desktop hub.

Can't get both power and data, my setup: - macbook pro 16 - ipad pro - usb stick for backups - iphone - power for everything via the macbook pro's brick charger Best I managed - connect macbook to "pc port", power cable attached to macbook, who is now powering the usb hub - iphone: usb-c (charging) - ipad: usb-c data-works, power-doesn't work, says "not charging" - usb-stick: usb-c data-works. Bottom line: can't get both data & power to work for my laptop in any configuration. Bonus points: the support link in the "get support" page for the product is 404.

I love this simple USB 3.2 hub. I get great speed from card readers and drives. All other devices I've used have worked wonderfully. It's sleek fit and form work great on my desk. The build is also high quality.

This is for the 2 USB A Ports+2 USB C Hub. I needed a usb hub for my steam deck to attach and charge my controllers. I have a couple 8bitdo Pro 2, a PowerA Fusion PRO XBox1, and a PS4 controller, which means any solution would need a mixture of USB-C and USB-A ports. Why has the industry collectively decided that such a thing should not exist? Well, regardless, this one does and it worked for me. I removed one star because it doesn't weigh enough so it flips over if you plug a cord into it. Doesn't impair the functionality though.
