After several months of daily use, I can honestly say this mechanical outlet timer has been very reliable. I use it to automate lamps and outdoor sting lights, and it’s been consistent without any glitches. The 24-hour dial is straightforward, with clear tabs that make programming easy even if you’ve never used a timer before. I appreciate that it’s fully mechanical—no apps, no pairing, and no complicated setup. It plugs in securely and handles everyday use without overheating or slipping. One thing to keep in mind is that it uses a ticking dial, which is normal for mechanical timers but may be noticeable in very quiet rooms. Tip: Press the time tabs firmly when setting your schedule to ensure the timer switches on and off exactly when expected. Also it’s a 3 pin plug if you need to find an outlet. Two timers are in the box. They are exactly what I was lookinng for to use on Christmas decorations. They are easy to set up. Simply push down the little tabs for the time you want your lights to be on. Turn the knob to the arrow with the arrow popinting at the present, plug in and you are in busssines. The only issue I found was the numbers are bery small on the dial and for anold man wearing glasses they were a bbit dificuly yo see. Hoever withhtje help of a strong light I was ablw to read easily . Keep in mind I am working with a set of eyes that have ridden this od rock we call Earth arounf the Sun 87 times. The units are working fine and have stayed exactly on time. Good buy for the price.

This set of 2 mechanical times work great. They were on sale when I got them. It's quite easy to set up. All you have to do is flip with switch on the side to timer or constant function. You then pull up all the pins around the dial. You then push down the pins for the hours you want the light source to turn off. I used this with a bug zapper in the bedroom to turn off after a few hours of use. This product. works. It's reliable. Great product. Great value for the price listed. I'd give it 5 stars but my tablet was having issues.

Works well, easy to set up and keeps time. It does make an annoying grinding sound which i think is common for these types of timera but does annoy me sometimes.

These are very easy to use and work great. Because they are mechanical, they seem sturdy. We use them all the time.

I got this two-pack of 24-hour timers for my plants. The grow lights I use have shorter cycles (3,6,9,12 hours) and I needed 16 hours on/8 off. That's where the timer comes in... All I had to do was set the current time with the dial, and then press down the pin for each half-hour segment I wanted the lights to be ON. During the part of the day where the pins are NOT down, the lights will be off. The timer holds the cycle you set it to and runs without assistance (just be sure your device's power switch is set to "on" once plugged in). You could use these for any number of applications (Home Alone-style Christmas lights and lamps) and the time setting is every half hour, so you can get creative with the cycle if you want. It is a simple device with simple, easy features and a good design. I immediately put both of them to use and bought another pack to have for extra. These are great, would recommend!
