Great quality magnesium
I have been taking this magnesium for over a year now and am very pleased with it. I highly recommend! It’s more costly than other magnesiums but I feel worth the cost based on it’s ingredients especially L-threonate. I feel calmer, better rested and less anxious since taking it. I take it at night before bed. I originally started taking this through my Dr’s office. This was my first purchase of it on Amazon.

Great product, but rising costs
The price just increased by $20, so we are second guessing the value of using it to replace a sleep RX. Sleep was certainly improved though.
