I was wondering if there is any cover- waterproof cover that I can purchase to use with this as i do a lot of walking?

I expect the person who asked this question doesn't need an answer, but someone else might. We have bought a Bundle Bean rain cover to put over the carrier, and Jojo Maman Bebe sells a baby wearing coat that zips over the carrier and has a hood for the baby, which I used with this carrier through the winter.

Does this keep a baby's legs in the right position to be ok for hips?

If you put the waist strap up far enough it actually does put babies legs into the M position. If the support is too far down then no their legs just hang straight.

The clasp at the back always seems to ride up to my neck. It doesn’t stay at shoulder blade level. What am I doing wrong?

I found this to be the same problem for me. It’s the posture of the body I’m guessing. If you stand straight enough it should be ok. But mine still goes up to my neck which can be painful with a heavy baby on board.
