iPhone 13 midnight 128gig. Showed up well Packaged with all accessories although they were not the original they worked fine. Switched from one iPhone to iPhone 13 seamlessly had no problem transferring the phone number or any iCloud and app settings. The phone itself came clean no damage battery health is 85% and looked pretty new. could tell that it was used but not by damage or screen scratches or anything like that I would recommend this product to friends and family and with the Amazon guarantee return refurbished for 365 day warranty and the price point. You really can’t go wrong with buying this kind of item the iPhone 13 refurbished excellent condition. I was a little nervous because of mixed reviews but everything works great and I’m really happy with the purchase and I hope anyone looking for a refurbished iPhone go to Amazon.

The purchase was excellent. The iPhone 13 arrived without any cosmetic issues, with a battery at 88% that still lasted the entire day without problems. Bought what was supposed to be Amazon Renewed Certified Excellent IPhone 13. Was that an absolute lie!! Got the phone and the battery was dead completely, then it won’t stay on longer than 10 minutes!! Shows fully charged but once the charger is removed it just shuts off after no more then 10 minutes, sometimes sooner or immediately even though it shows battery left. When it does decide to stay on the battery goes dead in 30-40 min not even using it. That’s not even the worst part…yeah, it gets even worse!! It literally has NO/ZERO volume. The speakers have major issue! It won’t ring, won’t make any sound when playing videos or music but will randomly make a noise if you mess with the volume adjustment in the menu or if you flip the side volume lock a bunch! Randomly will make a quick sound then it goes right back to mute mode!! I bought a mute phone without knowing or intending to. It absolutely will not make sound or ring when you need or want it to but sure will just randomly spit a sound out for a millisecond!! Get this though, it will ring when called off FaceTime, then if I don’t use Bluetooth earbuds people can’t hear me when I answer or call somebody. Literally not a peep. This was supposed to be an Excellent condition Amazon Renewed IPhone according to this sellers listing!! Guess that tells you what kind of person this is selling people lies and garbage apple products claiming to be Amazon Renewed…so my opinion is steer clear from buying any electronics from this one!! Now I requested a return after paying $293.57 for this junk and basically the seller wanted me to send them images/proof the phone wasn’t working. Had to contact Amazon to get a return approved then the seller had the nerve to offer me a 10% partial refund to keep this junk phone. The nerve!! 10%?? After having the phone a few weeks and getting by with it how it is because I went a month without a phone after my previous IPhone was stolen! This was the replacement and I had to save to get it, a month without a phone is terrible and like I lost a hand…I was excited to finally get this phone and have totally dreaded sending this one back, waiting for it to be received, then wait on refund and then hope to find another phone and purchase it, then wait for it to ship, receive it and activate it. I’d be weeks again without a phone. I pondered this and drove myself nuts worrying about not having my phone again. This brought me hesitantly to the conclusion that I’ll get a partial refund and keep it…then when I can get it fixed or fix it myself and not be without a phone. After I decided this I contacted the seller and explained this and asked for 20% partial refund which would help pay for the repairs not even a small portion of what I’m sure it will actually cost me plus the headaches but 20% is all! I got a message back within a few hours and was told NO!! Said 10% is most they will refund! After all the inconvenience headache and stress this purchase has caused me this “uuuuggghhhhh!!” (Sure you know what that says) doesn’t even have the decency to give me $57 back on a garbage phone I paid $300 for! SO, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND MY OPINION AND STEER FAR AWAY AN CLEAR Of THIS SELLERS ELECTRONIC STORE OR ANYTHING THEY SELL! SCAMMER in my book and I sincerely hope this review helps somebody else avoid going through anything even remotely like my experience with this seller because the listing sure sounded convincing. But got convinced to buy trash for $300 and a terrible overall experience and a self who has zero compassion, sympathy or morals. 20% was super reasonable to me, I was gonna ask for 50% because that’s about how much of a working IPhone. Needless to say the Phone is getting returned now! They have scorned me and I’m almost to the point of never buying from Amazon again period because they will not help me other then forcing seller to accept return…no compensation for time, stress, inconvenience or losses concurred for being without my phone again. Worst consumer customer experience I’ve ever had in my entire life and I won’t forget it!

Bought a refurbished phone and was slightly concerned but this has been a great product. Very easy to transfer from existing phone, works perfectly, no problems at all! Perfect condition and great value for the price .

This was a gift for our daughter on her 13th birthday, her first phone. The battery health was 95 percent, the body of the phone looked new, and it has worked perfectly for her so far. It was packaged well and shipped fast. The charge cord it came with was generic, but it works. The only reason I am rating it 4 stars rather than five is that the screen had a rather large smudge scratch. Fortunately, once a screen protector was placed on it, the scratch became difficult to see. Given that you pay more for a renewed premium product, I just don’t think the phone’s condition quite meets the promised standard. Even so, overall we are pleased with the purchase so far, and our daughter is happy with the phone. We may go the renewed premium route for our next child when he gets old enough because of this experience.

bought this phone in a rush and it seemed good from what the reviews said. purchased the "good" phone instead of the top one because it was a little cheaper and im low on money atm. came with 84% battery life on it and i when i opened the phone it had 42% charge on it which im amazed at. when i took the phone out of the packaging and was looking at it, it has a few scuffs on the sides of the phone which im not bothered by because a phone case will cover it although it has a scratch on the screen. so far its easy to use but I just opened it less than an hour ago so i will update a month later!!

This purchase was a replacement for my wife’s lost iPhone. It was in pristine condition. The amazing thing is in checking the battery it stated that it had 97% battery life still available. I had hoped for maybe 86%, as it was refurbished.

Reason for only 3 stars. I ordered renewed excellent but I would personally consider this to be in the acceptable range. The screen has been polished so hard that it is no longer a piece of flat glass and it won't accept a screen protector. There are at least two deep gouges in the metal housing and the battery is at 86% capacity. That mean i'm 6% away from a permanent slow down, $90 at an Apple authorized repair facility to fix that. Reason I am happy to have it. The price is right, cheaper than going to a local shop and getting gouged on a used phone. It functions as expected, everything. There does not seem to be any non-apple parts installed, there is no data for the replacement parts under setting -> general like you will see if you replace the screen with a third party part. It's easy to be happy as well, personally, because I had to revert back to the iphone 11 with a seriously degraded battery so jumping up to the 13 is a relief from pain (the pain of using a seriously slow phone).

While I know it came out three years ago. It is much newer than my phone that came out 7 years ago. I had never seen the “premium” condition for an iPhone. When I received I can not find one scratch, dent or mark on the phone. The battery was 93%. While I would have liked a better percentage. I received exactly what they claimed in the description. No complaints at all. It has only been a couple days since buying. I am really happy with this purchase. While there was an “excellent”condition iPhone, same as this one. Which was also cheaper. I do not regret getting this “premium,” phone. It has a one year warranty with Amazon. Which you don’t get on anything in less condition. With it being shipped and sold by Amazon I felt that also was in my favour. As of now I would buy and recommend buying a refurbished phone from Amazon. Whichever seller is up to you. AA has always worked for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

When I ordered this for a Christmas present for my daughter I ended up having to pay am extra 200 just because she wanted a pink one, my other daughter wanted a red one, the red was not the premium but good condition, which just so happened to by in way better shape than this so called premium one that had little dings around the outside of the phone and scratches on the back, needless to say do not pay extra for premium stick to the cheaper ones they are on better shape
