Was very useful to prepare for a 100K running race - it definitely helped to go through higher training volumes without fatigue and injuries. In the race I was also taking it, along with other supplements. Next day I felt ok-ish and by day 3 post-race I was mostly recovered muscle-wise. I believe this drink and nutrition overall were crucial to have easy recovery

Mixed well, tasted great, 500ml with water (Buxton) per serving. I got both the citrus and separately the berry one both with additional protein content. I also got the vanilla protein shake too. Energy drink before and during workout and the protein after. I intend to buy again, although may try different flavours out of curiosity and variety of offering to my taste buds.

Does what it advertises, mixes well & provides energy.

Taste is a personal choice but I really like the HIgh5 drinks. This mixes well and is great when doing strenuous exercise, or maybe just exercise. If I'm on my bike and I start to get a bit low on energy, this really helps.

This product has become part of my daily nutrition intake, great for catching up on my carb macros. Excellent to use throughout my workout. Tastes decent and keeps the thirst at bay. I tend to add more water than recommended to lighten the taste though.

It's fine but I'm a bit confused as to what it's used for? As youcan see in the picture. The box says "during after" but that packet says "before and during" Which one is it? I bought it under the impression it was for "during and after"

I have been using SIS and fancied a switch for this year after trying a sample. I used it on a ride on Sunday which I rode also last week. Ride prep was the same but the difference was I used High5 4:1. 60 miles later and at the end of the ride I still had a good set of legs on me on the last hill home plus clamed a KOM and PB! A fantastic ride and some may say a lot of veribles, but I am very happy. It can also be used in recovery which I found is a lot softer on the guts than most other products. A great product. Fast delivery and a competive price. 1x happy rider. :)

This product is great it doesn`t taste sweet like most leading brand energy drinks. After a little bit of research I believe that High 5 4:1 is the only product on the market that contains carbohydrate, protein, and eloctrolytes. These ingredients were essential to help me train for an Ironman. Before taking the product I always felt tired and lacked the strength to go into my next training session fully recovered. This product has helped me to train harder, and recover quicker!!!
