Is this pet light suitable for my cat's collar?

Hello, it is suitable for most pets. This pet light is very light, 1.76 Ounces. It's about the same weight as a pet tag. It measures 2.69 x 1.75 x 0.67 inches; so both weight and size are perfect for cats and dogs. It can also be used as a safety light for running, mountaineering, cycling, and walking enthusiasts.

Does this help an old dog with cataracts see better at night? Does it illuminate the ground well?

It is pretty bright on the first level. I use the red flashing I run in the park in the dark and I'm able to see where my dog is going. But I think the white light will help it is pretty big I have to take the light off her collar when she is in the house because it is too big to wear around my dog lays her head on floor so it is uncomfortable.
