I thoroughly hoover beforehand and spray, I leave for 4-5 DAYS then I thoroughly hoover and spray again! To begin with i did this every 3-4weeks after having ongoing problems with carpet beetles & clothes moths upstairs and an earwig and vine weevil issue downstairs at door entrance! I now repeat this in depth process around every 6-8weeks and proves more than effective. No ongoing action seen anymore, and anything (literally, anything) that decides to enter the house... does not leave alive!

Does this also kill the eggs and larvae?

we have not seen any evidence of re-infestation so presumably it has killed the eggs and larvae. I think the advice is to treat periodically anyway.

Would this work on carpet beetles?

I suspect so. Worked a treat on ants.

How toxic is this to human's? How long should i wait before sleeping in my bedroom after spraying the floor?

I do not think that it is particularly toxic and that you could use the room after an hour or two, but DO wear a mask when spraying.
