These are really reliable, especially for overnight use. They’re thin but still super absorbent, which makes them comfortable without feeling bulky. I like that they have good coverage, so I don’t have to worry as much about leaks while sleeping. They stay in place pretty well and don’t bunch up, which is a big plus. The material feels soft and not irritating, even for longer wear. If you have a heavier flow, these are definitely a good choice for extra protection at night. Overall, they do exactly what they’re supposed to and give peace of mind.

These are PERFECT to put in your undies to keep yourself from having incontinence accidents when you get too old to make the plumbing work. The diaper type things were way more than I was ready for and I developed a rash from them. These are long enough to cover wet & solid waste, fit in your undies, stick by the self and hold more than you expect! I have been saved by them many, many, times when out in the world & many more times at home! Loss of control of bowel &/or bladder is a typical senior, female, problem. (Sigh) Thank You God & man for a helpful product like this!

I ordered the USA version of Always Size 4 sanitary pads from JetSouq, and I'm very happy with my purchase. The product arrived exactly as described, was well packed, and was delivered by EMX on 4 June in Sharjah, right on the first estimated delivery date. Always Size 4 has been my go-to sanitary pad for years. I specifically prefer the USA version because it features the **Dri-Weave** top sheet instead of cotton layer. It provides excellent dryness and comfort. It's difficult to find the dry weave pads, so I was pleased to receive the authentic product. I would definitely order from this seller again.

The pads by 'Always' are good; it's my go-to brand during my monthly menses and I prefer pads over tampons. I like that the pads fit comfortably in my panties without it bunching up and less leakage, especially when I have those sudden 'gush' moments. I also like that I have both day and night time pads to protect my bedding from accidents. Thank you, 'Always', for having both day and night time pads in one box!
