They arrived incredibly fast and they are very thin and light, giving great illumination. I think they should say that it comes with very short cable double transformer block on either side of the panel so, you need to install a switch and a plug if you wanted it as a stand alone or you need a extension of the current fittings in order to be installed in the ceiling (aprox 15 cm long cable). Something to be aware of, but really easy to sort out. I bought them without frames so they resulted cheap as luminaries, but I don’t know if they’ll flex because of that as other people mentioned, too early to know it. They have a 2 core cable on each side so, most probably double isolated inside the box and metal back.

I love these. I have two fitted in my galley kitchen. When I switch them on it is like a bright sunny day. There is no glare and one friend asked if they were skylights. Fitting the surface mount frames was a little fiddly as they can distort slightly when fitting and you only notice this when you fit the panel, so be accurate and double check before drilling. Having two panels means that I'm burning 142 W to light the kitchen but it is definitely worth it for when you need it (ie baking, chopping, cake decorating etc.). I use under cabinet lights for other times as the suffice for general use. As a guide, one panel is more than enough for an area of about 3 x 3 m

Ordered this on the 19th March 2017 and never received until 10th May 2017. The parcel itself was left outside my front door and was ripped open. There where no instructions or product information that could indicate that this light may not even be suitable to instal and not be up to U.K. safety standards. There is one cable with a jack plug coming from the light that leaves me wondering what other items i need to connect this to an electricity supply. There are no fixings or any instructions as to how this light should be fitted to the celling. They say all good things take time, however this item is neither good or was it worth the wait. And it definitely wont be getting installed until i can se some paperwork saying that it is safe to instal in the U.K.

The only problem I have had was when trying to hang on the ceiling I had to be inventive and but some bracket screws for the ceiling as there are no brackets to hang from the ceiling or it would have been 5 stars and has brightened up my kitchen.

Superb lighting! So good for the kitchen... no need for under cabinet lighting with this one! Missing item from delivery was easily covered by the customer support friend team... Highly recommended.. Get the frame for it too, as it goes great together. You'll need screws to mount it then you're set...

Fast delivery and exactly as described. Not being used for normal purpose and has been mounted on the wall as a false window for a windowless room. The daylight rating is very accurate and the room now feels like it would do on a bright, sunny day. Very satisfied.

this unit takes two power supplies to work it. the wires on the led drivers are very short making it hard to instal plus one of the wires going into the unit was dammaged!! the outer white sheath was missing and the black cable had been nicked open showing the copper inner core.

Unable to comment on the product fully as I never got to install it. It did not come with any instructions or paperwork but more so as it was a single light being used to replace a single light I was surprised to find a double transformer block on either side of the light. This would have resulted in some sort of splitter and extension of the current fittings in order to be used. I'm not saying this can't be done but something to be aware of.
