I’ve tried several different B-vitamin supplements over the years, but this is definitely on another level. I specifically looked for this one because it includes methylated B12 and L-Methylfolate (5-MTHF), which are much easier for the body to process than the standard versions you find in cheaper brands. I have waited a considerable amount of time to leave my review: Since I started taking it, I’ve noticed a real difference in my energy levels and mental clarity. Unlike other supplements that can be hard on the stomach, the liposomal delivery seems to make a huge difference in absorption—I haven't experienced any of the usual side effects.

I feel so much better taking this. I do not like it has cheap FOLATE in it though which is a man made knock off of folic acid and not good for you! I may try to find an alternative because of that but otherwise it seems to be a great product. I wish they’d change that.

I'm usually very good about spotting suspect supplements, but somehow I let some obvious issues with this one and with a liposomal magnesium supplement get through, and I unfortunately purchased both. Once I received them, I immediately noticed the red flags on both the internal and external packaging: no information on manufacturer or manufacturer location, no third party certifications, and no website or contact info, etc, etc. In fact, my dishwasher liquid label contains a lot more information than the labels on either supplement. Information online is noticeably sparse and the addresses on both products do not appear to be business locations at all. What little I found in the form of trademark applications raises more questions about these supplement "companies": Franguly and Juvetirpo. I regret purchasing these supplement and I will not be using either of them and I would advise all buyers to be cautious and / or avoid them as well.

The previous Vitamin B complex that I took before this one, which I took for several months, did not work ... on two blood tests showed low absorption of B Vitamins. After taking this brand for just a few days, I began to feel more energy. I will keep taking it for sure.

Everything else is in abundant supply, but I take exception to the B12 here, which is the Methylcobalamine version. Your body would prefer the Cyanocobalamine Version of B12. I missed this. Fact Check it for yourself, then you decide. IMHO, I am not recommending this. Find the B-Vitamins that use the Cyanocobalamine Version of B12.
