i have a square butler sink with a monobloc tap, keeps coming loose becuase the hole uderneath is bigger than the horseshoe shaped washer....any ideas

I reckon you need to find two large round washers - one metal and one rubber - and put those on top of the horseshoe washer (with the rubber washer on the ceramic side). Good luck!

Would this be the right fixing kit for ultra kitchen sink mix kc317 they say the part number would be m20a-1 by niko/ultra cant find it. please help.

There is a YouTube video explaining how to instal the Jc 317 tap. Looks as if universal mono bloc fixing kit should be ok. Check the video. All relevant fixing kits should arrive with the tap I would assume. Good luck

i had the basin tap the s/s flx pipe on the cold pipe had a wall thickness on the o/ring grove of 0.50, 20 thou.and sheared in the night if you bay these taps change the pipes which come with them buy an expanshchan fittings for a larger dia pipe chears howard
