It is 1 item - these are the 2 different configurations; it's like that zipper on the expandable pocket on your luggage - just gives more room if you need it.

What color would u recommend, between the khaki and orange?

I got the khaki, and I love how the color matches a lot more since it's a much more mild color than the orange. Plus it didn't show much dirt since it's not actually white.

Whats the difference between the smaller pouch and the bigger pouch? And how much pens and items can the smaller pouch hold?

Our large size one’s dimension is 8.87x 4.13x 2.56 inches can hold up to 70pencils and 13 tombow dual brush pens together. Medium size one’s dimension is 7.87x 3.54x 2.2 inches can hold up to 50 pencils and 13 Tombow dual brush pens together. The difference is not only large one’s length width and height are bigger than medium one‘s but also can hold 20+ more pencils. Amazing product

Im writing this review after using it for a while. Literally the pouch is affordable and the color doesn't fade off even after multiple washes. And the quality is excellent. I highly recommend it to all age groups. And it does fit a lot of stuff as it has large space. And the zipper and cloth quality is amazing. Also the zip doesn't gets stuck and functions well.
