DO NOT BUY! Major PCB Quality Issues & Nightmare Customer Service
I bought two of these fans on Amazon in 2023, and it has been a terrible experience. These fans have a massive manufacturing defect with their Printed Circuit Boards (PCB). โLast year, one fan completely stopped working due to a PCB failure. This year, the second fan started making heavy jerky movementsโagain, due to a faulty PCB. โTo make matters worse, Havells' customer support is a total nightmare. Their mobile app has system loopholes that trap consumers, and their service desk ignores emails, passes the blame internally, and gives you an endless runaround. Their policies are designed to protect their profits, not to help the customer. โIf you buy this product, be prepared for the hardware to fail within 1โ2 years and for customer care to completely abandon you. Save your hard-earned money and look at other brands. Highly unreliable!

Quality - very good , Iam not saying it's best . Because with this price range other company product is providing smooth high-rated airflow. Noise - yes it is better quality of zero noise, because the speed is average. Appearance -Good looking. Easily any one gets attracted to this product.

Long term review - not worth it
Bought it 2.5 years back and worked well for that duration. Now it stopped rotating everytime we switch off and on. It takes 10-15 min of circus to make it rotate again. As bldc uses pcb instead of capacitor had to pay 1.5k to the service centre to replace the entire pcb with remote within 2.5 years. Not worth for whatever power saving is claimed. Better go for brands giving 5 years of warranty. This is not reliable.

The Fan failed after 2.5 years
The Fan failed after 2.5 years of operation. It had no issues until it failed. Now suddenly the fan is dead and does not respond to remote of power switch. So either the BLDC technology has yet to evolve or Havells has messed it up.. I am guessing it will cost 1000 Rs of repair costs beyond which it is not worth it. Update: The Service engineer updated me that the repairs (basically replacing the PCB/Driver) and the service costs will cost 1650+300 = Rs 1950 . I decided to switch to a induction motor fan. The Electronic control system has not yet reached the reliability of Induction motor. So - Make your choice wisely
