DO NOT BUY! Major PCB Quality Issues & Nightmare Customer Service
I bought two of these fans on Amazon in 2023, and it has been a terrible experience. These fans have a massive manufacturing defect with their Printed Circuit Boards (PCB). Last year, one fan completely stopped working due to a PCB failure. This year, the second fan started making heavy jerky movements—again, due to a faulty PCB. To make matters worse, Havells' customer support is a total nightmare. Their mobile app has system loopholes that trap consumers, and their service desk ignores emails, passes the blame internally, and gives you an endless runaround. Their policies are designed to protect their profits, not to help the customer. If you buy this product, be prepared for the hardware to fail within 1–2 years and for customer care to completely abandon you. Save your hard-earned money and look at other brands. Highly unreliable!

Satisfied with the Fan So Far
Excellent ceiling fan! It runs very quietly, delivers strong airflow, and consumes very little electricity. The premium design looks beautiful, and the remote works perfectly. Installation was easy, and the fan runs smoothly without any wobbling. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it. So far, the fan is performing very well. I hope it continues to work just as well in the long run. Although it comes with a 2-year warranty, only time will tell how durable it is. If Havells provides good after-sales service and support whenever needed, I will definitely trust the brand and consider buying more of their products in the future.

Stopped working right after warranty period
These new types of remote fans are so pathetic I'm at loss of thoughts. Got it for 3200 rupees 24 months warranty, stopped working at speed 5 and takes almost 10 mins to start at speed 1 and upto speed 3. It hangs at 4 and 5. Executive came and said PCB panel is not working it will cost 1200 rupe. Bhai 2600 me atomberg ka naya fan 24 month ki warranty me hai kya matlab hua 40% cost me sirf PCB badal rha vo bhi sirf 6 mahine ke warranty. Havells is one of the trusted brand I purchased 6 fans but first 1 was havells and it stopped working ab itne jerk leta lagta h girne wala h 2 atomberg fans me bhi yahi samsaya I have no idea why these products companies are become so pathetic and greedy .. inki speed aur hawa bhi kam aati h

Frequently PCB failing and Services charging very high
I am very disappointed with this Havells BLDC fan. I purchased two units, and both developed the same issue. The fan initially began operating with jerky movement and eventually stopped working completely. The BLDC driver PCB appears to fail frequently. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product due to its poor reliability.
