Not sure but if you check with your pool manufacturer for the size of pool it will give you the volume of water the pool takes to fill it .and then check on the side of tub it give the amount you need for ever 1000 litres

What % chlorine is this?

% of chlorine in the product is irrelevant. When you add any chlorine the instructions tell you how much should be added per 500/1000 etc ,litres of water. This will achieve the ppm that the product says on the instructions.

Has anyone used this Chlorine for their Hot Tub???

Yes we use it all the time. It doesn't feel the same as the official chemicals we had with our tub but it passes the test for us at a fraction of the prIce
