My grandkids (age 2-4) love playing with it. You can only add about 5 small/medium size prizes, if you add anymore or anything bigger or heavier the claw gets stuck. I showed them how to add more prizes when needed and they have spent an hour trying to get every prize they put in.

Our daughter has played with this non stop. She’s obsessed with claw machines at arcades so this was a home run. The plushies that come with it are the best size and weight, but we’ve tried a few candies. They’re definitely harder to get, but she enjoys that. The plushies are easy to learn how to grab. We sometimes use this as a way for her to pick out her evening treat. And seeing as it can only pick up very small candies it’s a win win as far as I’m concerned. Haha! Assembly was easy as well as learning how to use it. The only drawback I see is if a child were to be even a little rough with it, I could see it stop working pretty quickly. The parts are a bit flimsy. So be sure to encourage gentle use.

This toy is well made. It comes with these cute stuffed animals to put inside the machine, lots of coins, stickers to put on the top, and instruction paper. We bought this for our daughter and son, the stickers would make it look more girly, so we didn’t put them on. It’s nice that this claw machine offers 3 modes on sounds: no sound, lower sound and louder sound, and can be turned off when not playing to save battery. It uses 3 of D size batteries, we happen to have rechargeable ones on hand and I’m glad this machine works with rechargeable batteries. Here I also attached a picture of the bottom of the machine to show the layout of the battery compartment and where coins go. It’s easy to slide the cover to get the coins out then slide back to close. The music duration is long enough to not make us feel rushy, and it plays in a faster speed at the end to let us know when to hurry up. And the claw is strong to keep the thing it catches stay in place when moving to the dropping area so less frustrations for kids. Overall it’s a fun toy for our kids, and even us grownups for family time :)

I ordered this for my son's 6th bday. It came and it didn't work. I reached out to the service team and they sent me some tips to try and resolve the issue. Still didn't work. I notified them and they quickly sent ne a replacement. The service was fantastic. The product itself (they working one) is just ok. It's kinda neat and fun for a bit .it came with little stuffed guys and I bought some other little candy and toys to add to it. The music would be great if the volume could be adjusted, it's either loud as can be or off. The controls are easy to use but but they don't always work as they should .the claw is run by a chain so that is also loud and sounds like something is breaking when it's in use. It just it is also smaller then the image on the listing makes it seem. Overall great customer service. But just keep in mind this is more of a novelty type toy , it's neat but could be better

Years ago I purchased a claw machine that had roughly the same picture as this one. I used it in my booth at events like camp fairs. It worked great and drew kids to my booth. I ordered 2 of this product and was severely disappointed. The overall size of the machine is smaller than my old claw machine. The claw itself is the same size. What this means is that there is precious little room to maneuver to grab a prize. I feel like the company reduced the size and kept the price the same. After trying for about 15 minutes I was totally frustrated, so I can only imagine how negatively kids would react to this small claw machine. I almost never leave negative reviews, but I can not recommend this product.

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my son. Based on the reviews, I knew it was a gamble. The first one arrived and once we opened it and he tried to play it, we realized one of the controls to move the claw wasn’t working. We boxed it back up and sent it back. Amazon sent a replacement that has worked well so far. I like that the sound can be controlled on this one (honestly, this is the reason we purchased this one over others). It’s a nice toy and he plays with it a lot. Hopefully it lasts. I’m just not so sure the quality of the product is great, so value for money is questionable to me.

It's a cute machine and works great. Get your own D batteries (3) and know that it's smaller than the picture shows. The dimensions given are accurate though. It comes with really cute stuffed toys and I added some candy to mine. It's great fun for everyone.
