Pretty sure its made a difference. What do I mean? Well when you get on a cadence and you are getting more and more focused and determined and you are doing several new things for a decent period of time you will see progress. So its hard to pin point how much of an effect you are getting from the single product in my case. I can say I was at a wall for about a month and a half having a hard time getting under 200 with a lower fat mass and staying there. On top of taking this, adding new activities to routine and diminishing more bad foods and adding more good foods, better than I have already been doing the last couple months, so I expect improvement but I do like my cheat days and my BMI has been consistently been fat down, muscle up. I take 2 other products from raw barrel, I choose them because I do notice an effect in my recovery from workouts when I don't use them. I like the natural way they get the single pure no filler ingredients and more than the competition at a fair enough price. So based on my experience with them and seeing an effect most likely helped me get past a wall. I run out in about a week or so, I will go dry for a month or so to see if results stay consistent or progress slows any and will determine how big of a priority it is for me to add this to my routine or not ,I will update rating. I'm sure ill try it again, I think its worth a try especially if you flatland on your progress of fat loss.

I love this product!!!!. Easy to swallow. And a awesome price. I went from 159lbs to 139lbs within 14days!!! I am blown away how fast the pounds started falling off…..I take 2pills in the morning before breakfast and 2 before bedtime. For some reason My energy level is off the charts. It works. This stuff really work!!! I believe while I am sleeping. The pounds are melting off!!! What’s in this stuff??? I am a believer now. Was skeptical at first. The scale don’t lie nor the mirror. I have used a similar product with good results for weight loss. I like these capsules - easy to swallow. The manufacturer also includes tips on the best times to take L-Carnitine for muscle growth or fat loss.
