AHGXG College Ruled Notebook, 320 Pages, Large Journal A4 (8.5''×11')

These are atractive, sturdy, well-constructed journals. I love that the pages are lined, cream-colored pages and that the page size is large. I love the page-holder ribbons, the tabs that come with the journal and that there are more than 300 pages. I journal regular, and I go through one of these journals every two to three months.

Love this so much! I was in the hunt for a practical and thick journal. Solid and high-quality paper and built. The elastic solid holds the journal close. Color is bright and true. I will be a forever customer, keeping buying more. It offers 320 papers awesome, gives me more space to write, ponder, plan, record... with many purposes. I will buy more for my kids.

I love this soft cover notebook. I use it for classes and my own journaling. I think I just ordered my 4th. The soft cover is nice. The book lies flat when opened unless you're at the very first few or last few pages. The pages have a nice weight and they're subtly lined. The notebook feels very sturdy. I've never had any issues with pages coming out. I'll continue to order this notebook.

What an excellent bargain this A5 notebook is! Its Amazon description is spot-on. The paper quality is exemplary. I use the notebook as a personal journal & make my entries with a Lamy Al-Star medium nib fountain pen. There's no ghosting with the very black ink I use & of course no feathering occurs. It's truly 100 GSM quality. The cream-coloured paper is a treat for the eyes. This is my first such notebook & it has some 'big shoes to fill'. I previously used an all-weather, waterproof notebook that was built like a tank, but I filled each notebook too quickly with so few pages in a smaller format. This virtually doubles the page count & is in a slightly larger format. I don't need nor did I expect waterproof paper, but the quality is superb as it is. I've read other reviews of owners who've used theirs for several years without having problems with its binding. I must admit that it DOES appear well-constructed. I'm also looking forward to using my fountain pen again since water-based ink can't be used on waterproof paper. Shipping was prompt as always plus it was well-packaged to avoid damage in-transit.

When I got this journal I was immediately impressed by the size and page quality. The pages are thick and smooth. There is very little to no bleed through. I do use a Sharpie gel pen (0.38mm) for the most part, but have occasionally used a Uniball gel pen (0.7mm) and have no issues with bleed through (2nd pic shows how little bleed through there is). I LOVE that there is a TOC and each page has a page number and field for the date. The lines are the perfect height as well (3rd and 4th pics). It also has a little pocket on the back cover where you can store misc. notes (pic 5) and it came with some sticky tabs (pic 6). The spine isn't completely secured to the outside leather (pic 7), but I've been writing 3 pages a day every day since January 3rd (now 2/24) and have had no issues with pages coming loose. The journal doesn't lay completely flat, but gets pretty close (pics 8 and 9). The only "problem" I've had was with the very first page (which is the TOC) not laying flat and having a hard time putting the page number down (pic 10). Seems like it'll be an issue writing all the way to the edge on the very last page as well, but that's only one page. The biggest "issue" it had was this little sticky piece of tape sticking up from the top of the journal (pics 11 & 12). I just waited until I took the pics for this review and then cut it off, no biggie. TLDR; Excellent journal for the money you pay. Been using it every day for 2 solid months with no issues except a little piece of tape sticking up that I cut off. Will be buying again.

This is the perfect notebook! I purchased it for use at my job, property management. Loved it so much that I got a second one! Size: b5 & I love it. I can fit so many things on one page & it's not bulky or heavy, so having it in my bag doesn't hinder my ability carry it or pack more of my stuff in the bag alongside The pages are thick enough to handle felt tip fine liners and the spacing is just right. The numbered pages & index make ot perfect for my notes/as a reference book. Thr cover is a softer, but sturdy, leather-likr material that not only protects the pages, but enables you to easily fold if you need more space on your desk. The little strap hold it in place as well, which I've never been able to do with past notebooks. The pocket in the back is made of thick paper so it can hold quite a bit. It's an attractive notebook that helps me stay organized! Not to mention, I feel more confident with it at work because anytime I have one of those moments where you just can't seem to remember how to do something, it's right there for me to look through.

Yes! I really wanted a thick notebook with lots of pages to explore in. This one is the perfect size, good weight, nice feel. Bound well. This is an extremely good price for a notebook like this. I used to buy moleskines before the economy went crazy so now I try to find better value. Good quality and nice page thickness. No complaints!
