This product is used daily by my little friend. It can be a bit loud at times but it is easy for my cat to use. I buy the filters separately and change them every month. That way the water is clean. Ps the water in the bowl needs to be changed every week as it collects hair n other grime.

Excellent
Excellent filters. However, they are quite fragile so be careful while handling especially if they had been soaking in water for a while. Also, they tend to leave a slimy residue but this could also just be regular.
