I’ve been enjoying this gel moisturizer so far. The texture is one of the first things I noticed—it has a lightweight, translucent gel consistency that spreads easily without feeling heavy. In my experience, a small amount goes a long way. It glides over the skin smoothly and absorbs without leaving a thick or greasy layer behind. After applying it, my skin felt comfortable and hydrated, and I liked that it didn’t feel sticky. The tube is easy to use, and I appreciate being able to dispense just the amount I need. I also like that the gel has a clean, fresh appearance, which matches the lightweight feel. For me, this is a nice option when I want hydration without the richer feel of a cream. If you prefer lightweight gel moisturizers, this one has been a pleasant addition to my skincare routine.

Love the color, smells great, gives me an amazing supple feel and dewy skin appearance. I have combo skin: oily T zone and dry cheeks. This works just fine and doesn’t make me breakout. It’s not greasy at all, in fact it’s kinda sticky but once it’s absorbed your face feels amazing and looks so smooth and glowing. It goes on great and I think is versatile for all skin types (I’m no derm doc though)

I have oily skin and when I asked ChatGPT what is the best korean daytime moisturizer, this was one of the products that popped up. It was inexpensive and it sounded like it was exactly what I was looking for. And...it was! It's water based and absorbs nicely into my skin. I put it on after my serum in the morning. I typically don't use it when I know I'm going to be outside for a while and need a sunscreen. Love the way it feels on my skin and I don't look super greasy afterwards. I will say that I do shine, but it's a healthy shine and not a greasy looking shine. Highly recommend this product!

I've bought this moisturizer 3 times now, twice on my account and another time on my sister's account. I am literally in love with this moisturizer. For reference, I have super sensitive, acne prone, and combination skin, and I've been trying to find something that doesn't break me out. And this produce has been a game changer. It is super lightweight and feels refreshing on the skin. While it does feel a bit sticky at first, it sinks into my skin and dries off soon after, leaving my face feeling super smooth. It doesn't clog my pores and controls the oily areas of my skin super well, while also hydrating the dry areas. It layers pretty nicely under sunscreen (I'm still trying to find a tinted one that doesn't break me out lol) and does not pill. Being super acne prone, I'm not sure if it will pill under make-up since I don't wear any, but if I do start, I'll be sure to update my review. My morning routine: face wash, hyaluronic acid, this moisturizer, tinted sunscreen Night routing: face wash, prescription clindamycin gel, this moisturizer Not once has this broken me out, even after 2.5 bottles. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will continue to buy after running out. ps. I go to college in upstate NY, and the winters are brutal, but I still use this moisturizer in the mornings and nights. Does get a bit dry, but still carries me through the day.

As a oil, acne-prone girly, this gel moisturizer has been heavenly. No reaction of any sort and love that its a lightweight and doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy. Instant re-buy and part of my skin routine. Its replacing my neutrogena hydroboost water gel which was 3x the amount but had a fragrance. This has no fragrance! Love the glow it gives me :)

A couple of years ago, I purchased this product and was highly satisfied. I still have my original bottle. The formula was not too sticky, remained lightweight, and was extremely hydrating. I bought my sister her own bottle of Beauty of Joseon, but she got burned. She applied a thin layer to her face, and I immediately noticed that her formula was much wetter and more watery compared to my original, more cohesive moisturizer. Clearly, the formula has changed, and the bottle and labels have been updated as well. If you previously bought this product, I am confident you will be disappointed with the new formula. Unfortunately, I had to request a refund. This does not affect my overall opinion of Beauty of Joseon, but I am disappointed with the recent results.

Have a lot of experience trying many different products and see a dermatologist every month on top of it, so I can confidently say this is an amazing moisturizer, especially if you have acne-prone skin like me. It feels like Neutrogena water-gel on the skin, and it's good value and size for the money. Definitely a rebuy for me!

Produit vraiment top ! Il hydrate bien et ne sent rien, il est facile à appliquer sur la peau et pour le visage, je n’ai pas besoin d’en mettre beaucoup. Après le lavage de mon visage, il m’aide beaucoup à ne plus avoir la peau super sèche ! D’ailleurs, comparé à certaines crèmes hydratantes, il n’est pas gras, il est très léger et ne colle pas. Et comme c’est un produit qui n’a pas d’odeur, ça m’évite d’avoir des odeurs qui ne sentent plus bon après quelques heures.
