Good product, bit pricy though , needs at least 4-6hrs of soaking for prior to cook for better digestion and faster cooking , it has neutral taste so soaks in spices and other flavours well .

Excellent quality
Excellent quality grains, I am using to replace rice in my diet. Using millets instead of rice in every recipe eg: idli, dosa too. It’s best to soak for 6-7 hours then cooking is quicker. I have swapped to gluten free diet because of my IBS problem. It’s too early to say how I am benefiting with these millets. But I will definitely buy again.
