What is the diameter of the bottom of the cup holder (each end) please?

Off the top of my head I'm not sure but we have 2 size vending cups (small & large) & these holders are ideal for both. Hope this helps :-)

We use 20oz disposable cups in ours. If the 12 oz are the same size around as 20oz then they should fit. We buy ours from Bookers. The 20oz are called "tall cups". The 12 oz are called "squat cups" but are the same size around. The only thing you would need to check is the height of the cup. I don't know whether that helps you at all.

No I don't think they will hold that much just standard poly or plastic cups 6oz max I think

will paper cups of bottom 80 mm / dia 5mm &h 90 mms fit these

The ones we use are 40mm diameter bottom and they fit perfectly. Yours sound different so I couldn’t say if they will fit.
