After a Google image search it seems to be the Roland KS-G8B keyboard stand.

Hi, I have a novation 61 sl mkii measuring: 965mm length x 293mm depth x 68mm height. Will this accommodate this keyboard?

According to the spec, the cover measures 1400mm x 140mm x 510mm, so probably not best fit for your keyboard.

Will this cover fit a 49 key?

Yes it will fit but there will be a lot of extra material. It's a bit big for my 76 key and the chord broke with having to tighten it.
