Are these original Scarecrow branded fangs? One of the reviews state that they are not...

I also received original ones. It's confusing how the listing and some reviews mention another brand. Perhaps some of the multiple sellers on Amazon sell the original and others don't? I bought from the "It's All Fun & Games" seller.

Would these be suitable for a Snake Cosplay?

Erm well they’re stick in fangs so if that’s what you need then yes, my son bought them for Halloween and he was happy with them they stuck in fairly securely as I recall

One the glue is set, can the be put in and taken out whenever or is the glue a one time thing?

Once you've done the initial setting you can put them on and remove them as many times as you like - they kind of clip on and off your teeth.

Can i get this next day with amazon prime?
