A good texture, taste, smell.I like to combined it with fresh Milk, but Also its as good, as with water..Could be Used as a meal Replacement. Do Not forget to enjoy!

Tastes trash and chemical
I normally buy the Belgium chocolate one which resembles the correct taste and texture and mixes well with water and milk. Bought this to switch it up, doesn’t even taste like salted caramel. Weird chemical taste. Tastes cloudy and I don’t know how to explain that. I will use it because I’m not wasting my money but won’t buy again. I bought the strawberry one and that was good. So if you want one just get the chocolate one or the strawberry one.

Mixes & tastes ok, wrong type of protein for me though
In fairness, I didn't know what keto was when I ordered, so looking at the fat percentage when it arrived, I was put off, but tasted it for the review. Mixed well, tasted pretty good.I'm not using protein as a weight loss approach, so the make-up of this type of protein wasn't suited to me. Turns out my cousin was on a keto diet, so it was passed to him to try, he's pleased with it as it is suited to his weight loss approach.He's happy with it.
