Arrived super fast. Like the little pouch they come in - perfect for travelling. Use them every day, in the morning, in front of the TV, while ironing. There are so many exercises you can do and you can make it as hard or easy as you like by choosing different bands or vary your repetitions. Can highly recommend this item!

Good quality and handy pouch, just what I needed for my ankle exercised.

Perfect for my physio. The different resistances are great and really suit my needs.

All different colours and thicknesses. My daughters use them for Irish dancing, to help keep their arms straight. Come in a little pouch for safe keeping.

Resistance level is very poor in comparison with other bands i've used. The x-heavy band would be a medium resistance band at most. I can't recommend this product.

I find these type of resistance bands to be the most effective to keep the muscles agile and also to build strength.

The blue band broke almost immediately, the green just broke. I would not buy these again or recommend them.

Think there's too much water in your formulae as they're already tearing in a couple months where simply fit ones are still fine after almost a year. I guess these rubbers aren't all made equal; mistake on my part for ASSuming that.
