Is there any othere parts i need to install on 2wd bandit?

Nope, comes with everything needed to install.

I plan on getting a 2wd rustler. is this needed? not sure how much a rustler is proned to wheelies.

Not only does this protect the vehicle from rear impacts, but it is a must with ANY 2WD Traxxas model. I put one on my nephews's Rustler and 2016 Bigfoot. They both have the base brushed motor and SC with 3000mAHr NiMH batteries and they'd flip over backwards without the wheelie bars with fresh charges. Cheap insurance AFAIC!

Yes just as long as it is the Traxxas Version. You will also need wheelie bar mount part number 3677 if you don't already have it. it.
