Awesome for Costumes
Looks great, very few imperfections. I believe it was 100% worth the money. Very light and easy to carry, for costume purposes it is wonderful. This is a foam sword so it's not meant to be used for rough housing, but it's not going to fall apart on you by holding it or even swinging it. Don't go hitting things however...

Awesome foam sword
Great sword. Looks just like the pictures. Actually it’s 43.5 inches long. Also got Geralts steel sword. Great item. Exactly as they described it.

Very cool prop sword for the price
A nice prop sword for the price. Like others said I wouldn't do LARP with it, it probably isn't strong or rigid enough, but it was great for carrying around at the Renaissance Festival and playing around with the kids. It looks pretty realistic from a distance. I plan to make a sheath for it.

Small handle, Very durable, good for the price.
The foam blade is extremely tough, As well as the crossguard. This is a really great sword for the price, Howver buyers should be weary the girth of the handle is Small. Very small. I have medium sized hands and my hand overlaps my fingers significantly. Other than that it's a good buy. I'd give it a 7/10

Great costume piece
Surprisingly good detail, solid construction, pretty rigid. I don’t plan to use this for LARP combat, just as a costume piece, so can’t comment on its durability in that scenario. But it looks great, is rigid enough to swing around pretty well and is light and safe for bopping things without too much real risk of injury.

SURPRISED! Foam swords are Great!
Honestly I am surprised it is a really cool prop, I only buy metal or real swords but this one is made really well! It has some weight to it. So if you are a cosplayer in need a Great Prop this is it!!!! Well I’m sold! Time to buy more foam swords instead of the metal ones :D

Good sword for looks, bad sword for LARP or any gameplay.
Product is made of soft plastic but is definitely not a foam sword I would use in LARP or games with other players. It is very rigid and is designed to be aesthetically pleasing, but is not sturdy enough to be used for a beating. This is not good for rough swordplay and should be treated like a club rather than a sword. The sword is aesthetically pleasing enough. The guard is too thin and not reinforced to be made out of this material. The quickest solution would be to carefully split it off, then weave a fiberglass rod or metal insert into the sword before resealing or glueing it back onto the sword. This particular sword has a particular problem with it - the entire sword is too light yet whippy, making the sword very strange to handle compared to a real sword. This makes it good perhaps for fancy demonstrations, but if it only works in fancy demonstrations, in my opinion, it doesn't work at all. I would look for something better if this is your first. If you are only buying it for the Renaissance Fair or a costume character - go for it. If you are looking for something to bring to LARP, I recommend buying LARP-recommended products only or try Calimacil or Medieval Collectibles websites for high-quality foam swords that can be used for sword play. There are also youtube tutorials you can use to build your own buffer sword or a give you necessary equipment to make your own neo-realistic foam swords. The materials are available for purchase on Amazon or most local hardware stores.
