Clear Edge Protector Strip 0.8in x 32.8ft

This corner protector strip made baby-proofing so much easier. It comes in a long roll, so you can cut exactly the amount you need — it’s basically like a silicone “tape,” which I love. The material is soft but protective, perfect for sharp corners around the house. It sticks on really easily and stays in place, even with little hands constantly touching everything 👶💪. The clear design blends into furniture nicely and doesn’t look bulky. For the price, the length and quality are honestly great. Super practical and gives real peace of mind 🏡💗.

Perfect for a inconspicuous way to baby proof! Wasn’t super sticky on stone but worked once we wrapped the edges. Bendable and easy to cut to needed length.

The tape is really good quality, thick, and seems durable. It’s very sticky and goes right on. I like that it’s nice and clear. I used it for the baseboard trim to protect from the bar stools constantly scratching it up and it fit really nicely on the quarter round. However you have to get it exactly on because it takes paint right off if you try to pull it off and adjust. I will also have to repaint when I replace the strip.

This is not a proper firm silicone bumper material, this is a roll of soft nano / gecko / alien tape with a rigid plastic layer permanently adhered to one side. That top layer has a hard edge. It can give you an abrasive cut, not like a knife but more like the edge of blister packaging or a cardboard papercut. If you drag your finger along this edge it can slice. When the tape is straight cut with scissors the corners are sharp. If your kid walks directly into this tape at a low velocity and it's covering a dangerous ragged sharp corner it has some value, but it's not really ideal for the purpose. I'd have recommended using this product as a vibration deadening material. It's not grippy on the hard side like a bumper, it's slick so it won't hold something in place. You could use this to silence a noisy door or drawer or prevent an object from scratching another object. This might make a great replacement for lost gliding computer mouse feet but it would have a high clearance.

I ordered this to stop the front edge of my desk from wearing further down. This tape worked well. Easy to install, and it has remained snugly in place. I recommend it for your office or home office.

DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR BABY PROOFING Got this for a nightstand we use but he almost keeps bumping into the corners every time he gets up on the bed. No durability/stickiness on one corner at all and does not fold well!

Great product, could be a little wider.

We used this on the brick hearth to our fireplace. It sticks really well and added protection for my grandbaby. It’s kind of cushiony and the clear color doesn’t make it obvious there’s anything there.

I have a vicious corner on the pull-down leave of my bureau. Previously, I had some clear, silicone edging stuck on with nano tape. It didn't look that pretty. This, I think, is a more aesthetic solution. You simply pull off the backing and stick to the underside of the corner. It works and it also looks reasonable. For just over 5 quid the price seems fine.
