Best probiotic supplement
Its an amazing supplement. I have almost finished a pack now and its really amazing. Has a great taste with a mild flavour. Great for balancing vaginal bacterias and odour and improves gut health. Its value for money as well as the product is individually packed and convenient for everyday use.

Been suffering from yeast and bacterial infections for last 10 years. It had stunted my life in so many ways. Doctors have put me on so many antibiotics but it always came back and its worse in summers.I tried so many probiotics even 30 million. Nothing worked. I thought i just had to live my life with the pain. I have been using this religiously for 2 to 3 months and its been great guys. Hip hip hurray for GB💪

Causes imbalance
Would not suggest. Took for 15 days and it impacted my digestion. I thought it might settle but it did not and after I stopped it took almost a month to go to normal. Get probiotics suggested by gynae or any other doctors
