An expensive mistake
Lovely looking espresso cup. Cannot fault quality. Tiny and hugely expensive. Have to give an honest 5 stars for quality design and speed of delivery, however far too expensive. I personally do not think it is value for money. Just paying for the name.

Excellent coffee cup
This is an excellent coffee cup but unfortunately I had to return one of the cups because it arrived broken. A call to customer service quickly replaced the cup which arrived intact but unfortunately the packaging was disgraceful almost no protection whatsoever and no fragile tape on the box. All this was completely unacceptable and products like this should be packaged properly

I purchased coffee mugs that were described as Villeroy & Boch products. This turned out to be false โ the mugs are made in China and are of low quality. I am very disappointed with the purchase, as I expected the quality of the stated brand. I plan to request a refund.
