Bought these to put new lights on front of the house. They were perfect and easy to clip on the gutter. Light cable is easy to add. Very easy to take down as well.

I was a bit sceptical when I received the package, thinking they would not stick very well. However, my Husband was in charge, so nae bother! They are excellent, and the lights were fitted in no time at all. So far, they have endured 3 days of torrential rain and at the moment, defying the wrath of storm Bram.

I rarely write reviews. But I felt so strongly by how good of a product this was, I decided to write one. I was in the market for some cable tidy's I wanted for all the wiring to be tucked away neatly. So, I purchased a set of black cable clip tidy's on Amazon like the one pictured. I had entered into the Amazon search box, "cable management" and the black rubber cable tidy is the first thing you see. So, I went ahead and bought them and received a box full of the black rubber rounded cable clip holders - no cable ties, or velcro clips. Just the rounded clip holders. And it was obvious from the get-go it wouldn't work. The power cables were too thick for the rubber clips - you peel off the paper backing and apply to the surface. However, when you clip the cable in, they would immediately snake, and the adhesive would come undone. Ideal for thin charging cables or USB devices and such, but NOT for what I wanted to use them for. Another reason for why they didn't work was it wasn't 3M adhesive. Then I came across the Command 3M Light Clips. It would come up in the search results constantly. I almost didn't buy them because of how utterly useless the last product was. The other thing which held me back was the price. £7 for something like this? Okay. But I went ahead and bought them. But only because I saw someone had something similar I saw on Reddit once. And the untidiness was driving me crazy, I just had to do something. It came today and I opened the packet. Before use, I used rubbing alcohol to clean the LACK table vinyl surface, waited a bit for it to dry, peeled off the sticker and applied to the table surface. After I was done, I clipped the power cables in, and it worked a treat. It didn't snake and pull away. It just stays. I am so pleased. I would have given it 5 stars if it was not for the price.

Ideal

Whilst the plastic hooks are good quality, the adhesive strips are frankly appallingly bad and very poor quality. Most of the hooks have fallen off within 24 hours and appear to have very little adhesion. I would even go as far as to say they are not fit for purpose. I definitely wouldn't buy these again.

Excellent adhesive hooks

After doing quite a bit of research I purchased two packs of these strips/hooks to put outdoor fairy lights up. These strips/hooks are not cheap and I did not want to make and expensive mistake. I was using the strips around a porch and on the raw wood fabric of my house under the wall tiles. You need to invest a bit of time and effort with Command strips to apply them properly: cleaning and drying the area, pressing them on for 30 seconds, spacing them correctly, leaving them for an hour before hanging anything from them, so I was counting on a good result. A couple of the strips just did not adhere as soon as I stuck them to the wood which was annoying. Another two came away after the hour’s wait. I didn’t have much faith in them holding my Christmas lights on at all. I dug around in my tool box and found about 8 screw in hooks which I used straight away in between the 18 (-4 which didn’t adhere) Command strips I had installed. That took me about 20 minutes and I kind of wished I had done that from the start. I have left the Command strips that did adhere properly in place and used them with the screw in hooks around the walls on my house. I am hoping the ones on the porch remain in place as these are in an area where I really do want damage-free hooks situated but I’m not particularly hopeful. If they stay the course I will update this review accordingly. Today (12/12/2021) is day one of them being in place…

I tried some other stick on hooks, but they couldn't make it through the summer heat. I was skeptical these would work differently, but I was wrong. These work great and held up during the hot summer sun beating on my door. I also used them on my patio, and they held up for over a year. I needed more for stringing more lights, and I was glad to get a nice big pack for a great price.

Come da titolo, prodotto assolutamente no per muri esterni, ho fatto tutta da descrizione lasciando agire un ora una volta incollati al muro (anche 2 ore) e appena provato a mettere un filo di luci per natale si sono staccati tutti man mano!!!!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Command Outdoor Klebe Stripes! Sie sind wirklich praktisch und einfach anzubringen, ohne dass man sich Sorgen um Schäden an der Wand machen muss. Die Klebestreifen halten auch bei schlechtem Wetter zuverlässig, was sie perfekt für den Außenbereich macht. Ich habe sie verwendet, um Dekorationen im Garten oder an der Terrasse zu befestigen, und sie halten fest, ohne Rückstände zu hinterlassen, wenn man sie wieder entfernt. Insgesamt eine tolle Lösung für flexible und schonende Befestigungen im Außenbereich!
